Consumer Health Data Notice
Effective October 1, 2026
This notice covers health information you add to Sidequest, as required by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada law, and similar state laws. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What we collect
Only what you choose to enter in the optional allergy and health notes fields for a child in your care, and any health-related memory you confirm twice.
Where it comes from
You, the parent or guardian. We don't infer health information or get it from anyone else.
Why we collect it
To show it to you and to the account owners you designate, and to include it in a preference pack when you turn allergy sharing on for a specific recipient. We collect it only with your consent, given when you first add it.
What we never do with it
Sell it. Use it for advertising. Send it to AI providers. Include it in public posts, shared plan links, or analytics.
Who receives it
Account owners in your shared space; people you explicitly share a preference pack with; and our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Lovable), which store it on our behalf.
Your rights
You can view, delete, or stop sharing this information at any time in the child's profile, withdraw your consent, and request a list of everyone we've shared it with. Email privacy@sidequestkids.com with "Health Data" in the subject. You can appeal any decision on a request by replying to our response with "Appeal."
